Apostle Austin Akuffo Ansah is the founder and lead pastor of Grace House Prophetic Chapel International. He is a profoundly anointed apostolic and prophetic minister, recognized for his accuracy in the prophetic, depth in teaching and passion for raising kingdom leaders with gifts of healing and deliverance through the supernatural power of God, highly passionate about promoting the Kingdom of God and soul winning.
Beyond the pulpit, Apostle Austin is a strategic management and finance professional with over a decade of experience in leadership development, corporate strategy, organizational development and ministerial training. He is a Financial Economist and Strategic Leadership Consultant with professional Certifications in Accounting & Finance (ACCA & ATHE UK), a Bachelor of Laws (Kings University) MBA in Finance (Wrexham University). He is a sought-after speaker at conferences, leadership summits and ministry seminars across the globe. He trains pastors, mentors emerging leaders and consults for ministries and organizations seeking transformation and excellence.
Aside being the Head Pastor of Grace House Chapel International, he’s the Managing Partner of Strategy Bureau Africa Ltd (Chartered Accountants & Management Consultants) and President of the African Leadership Excellence Foundation. He also serves on the Advisory Boards of the African Film & Media Development Agency, Africa-Europe Diplomatic Forum and Institute for Strategic Leadership & Executive Development. His life’s mission is to empower people spiritually and strategically, equipping them to thrive both in ministry and the marketplace.

DEPARTMENTS
Missions & Outreach
The missions department of GRACE HOUSE CHAPEL INTERNATIONAL is generally responsible for coordinating all our Outreach initiatives as well as the activities of our Branches and Campus Cell groups. They lead in organizing crusades and revivals, evangelism drive; in collaboration with the Evangelism & Visitation ministry; donations and charity works as well as other missionary duties of the church.
All programs and projects relative to the development of the church in fulfilment of goals and objectives are worked out by the Programs, Projects & Protocols department. They are responsible for drawing up and implementing annual church calendar of activities, planning and overseeing church development projects as well as coordinating special church events and programs.
Media & Communications
This department is responsible for management of all the media platforms of the church including radio, television, online and print. The media and communications department of the church are in charge of content for the website and social media pages, radio and television productions and general public relations for the church, ensuring that the right information is disseminated to members of the church as well as the general public.
The property and logistics department has an ultimate responsibility to ensure the safe keeping and maintenance of all equipment and property belonging to the church including vehicles, instruments, fixtures and fittings, PA systems and Screens, projectors, computers among others- ensuring that they are in the best of state and appropriate for use at all material times.
Accounting and financial reporting, human resources management and general administration of the church form part of the responsibilities of this department. The finance & administration department deals with financial planning, budgeting, controls, reporting, staffing and payroll management and other related functions.
PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE
This committee is tasked with the responsibility of providing yearly plans of development projects of the church, which they present to the Church Management Council for consideration, amendments, approval and implementation.
FINANCE & FUNDRAISING COMMITTEE
The finance & fundraising committee is entrusted with the responsibilities of coordinating the preparation of financial plans for all programs and projects of the entire church as well as annual itemized budgets for approval and implementation by the Church Management Council. Also, the committee recommends and maintains appropriate financial policies for the church and collaborate with the Finance & Administration department to prepare monthly and annual financial reports of all receipts and payments.
MEMBERSHIP & WELFARE COMMITTEE
This committee is tasked with the responsibility of welcoming, orienting and assimilating new members of the congregation; and following up on new members to ensure retention and growth of the congregation. The membership and welfare committee is also responsible for developing, recommending and overseeing policies and procedures which establishes the type, amount, and frequency of assistance to members of the church (individuals or families) who request assistance. The committee works with the missions and evangelism teams to assist them in Discipleship Training, bible classes, seminars, study opportunities, mentoring and discipleship needs for new members.
SPECIAL PROJECTS & INITIATIVES COMMITTEE
This committee is responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating special programs, projects and initiatives that the church undertakes. The committee handles activities relating to communion services, baptism, harvest, purchase of special equipment, internal & external crusades and outreach programs, venturing into business for the church, purchase of media airtime among others.
DISCIPLINARY COMMITTEE
This committee is responsible for maintaining discipline and adherence to regulations, policies and procedures governing all aspects of the church’s function, by members, pastoral and non-pastoral leadership of the church. The committee serves as the overall adjudicating body on matters bothering on indiscipline, misappropriation of funds, misbehaviours, altercations and all untoward attitudes prevalent within the church.
